Following Deborah’s first short film “Lady Margaret”, Deborah was selected for Screen International’s Stars of Tomorrow in 2007. Since then she has made several award winning short fi lms that screened internationally. “Pin Cushion” is Deborah’s debut feature and it has opened Critic’s Week at Venice International Film Festival, 2017, was nominated for three BIFA’S, won Special Jury Award at European Film Festival of Seville, and the Audience Award at the International Films de Femmes. “Pin Cushion” will be screened at this HÕFF programme.
